First time for my pet to go to a kennel and he did great. Very impressed with the facility and the people who run it. Thank you for all the prompt responses when I checked on Venga.
I liked it was convenient and I was able to drop my pet off anytime. When I picked him up, he was so excited but I would've loved to have known how he did I. itwas my first time leaving him at a place like this so I'm unsure if he was good, bad, or what. A report would be nice.

Herschel loves to go to the Pooch Hotel. He has some special circumstances that need to be addressed when he is boarding and the staff at PH has always managed them and have never stated that he had any problems that may have caused them concern during his stay.
While other area doggie daycares have continually imposed more rules, Pooch Hotel consistently serves it customers without changes.
Our dog stayed at the pooch hotel for 2 weeks. He seemed healthy & happy when we picked him up. We would have liked a little more input on how he behaved, his demeanor, etc, but the staff was friendly.
