Our dog loves his time at the Pooch Hotel--it's the only thing that makes him tired. The staff has been great and accommodating to us.

We love leaving Piper and Max with PH. We find the staff friendly, cameras a big plus to watch dogs during play time, and physicality is very clean and kept tidy.

I really appreciate the webcam that I can easily log into at any point during the day or night. I do wish I got a report or status about how they did while they were there or if any issues came up. Overall trust is the most important part for me, which this facility gives me.

Our Lab stayed for the first time over the weekend. She was well taken care of and was nice and clean when we picked her up. Web cams were great so we could see how she was doing.
