My dog Buddy was a stray and I wasn't sure how he would do with other dogs. The staff at Pooch knew how to handle him and he did well. My two other dogs went to daycare and were boarded there They have since passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I wouldn't go any other place

I absolutely love Pooch and so does my dog. I always receive wonderful service and I know they take excellent care of my dog. I would not trust my dog with anyone else. I highly recommend Pooch Hotel.

Gidget is a small dog with a big heart who loves her human family at Pooch Hotel. Everyone there treats her as if she belonged to them. She is loved, spoiled, and corrected when needed. Since she needs doggie daycare when I am at work, Pooch Hotel provides a safe and nurturing environment for my sweet girl when I cannot take care of her myself. I can and do recommend Pooch Hotel to anyone looking for daycare or boearding. The staff is just the best!

If you want your puppies to be kicked away, swatted away, and overall ignored by the staff watching them, THIS IS THE PLACE. Had a friend trust this place with her 4 month old puppy. When she was told she could check in on her throughout the day with the cameras set up there she felt relieved and excited to leave her there. Except when she logged on she saw the employee 'watching' the dogs, watching her phone. Swating away at her puppy to the point it knocks her over. Absolutely terrible experience at Wag Hotel Richardson. We brought our dogs in for all-day play while we were in the middle of moving houses and needed a safe place for them to spend the day. While checking in on the live cameras, we repeatedly saw our 9-month-old female dog being humped by several other dogs. What was most concerning was that staff members were allegedly present, and did absolutely nothing about it. There was no intervention, no redirection, and no acknowledgment that it was happening. It was fine. My dog had a problem and it was handled by your crew. It cost more but, it was worth it to celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation.
