Pooch Hotel is the best! Staff is wonderful, super clean, lots of play time and all of our fur babies love it there!

My dog Buddy was a stray and I wasn't sure how he would do with other dogs. The staff at Pooch knew how to handle him and he did well. My two other dogs went to daycare and were boarded there They have since passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I wouldn't go any other place

Gidget is a small dog with a big heart who loves her human family at Pooch Hotel. Everyone there treats her as if she belonged to them. She is loved, spoiled, and corrected when needed. Since she needs doggie daycare when I am at work, Pooch Hotel provides a safe and nurturing environment for my sweet girl when I cannot take care of her myself. I can and do recommend Pooch Hotel to anyone looking for daycare or boearding. The staff is just the best!

It was fine. My dog had a problem and it was handled by your crew. It cost more but, it was worth it to celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation.
My dog was covered head to toe in urine and feces when I picked her up. I paid $1000 for the deluxe suite only to find out she had been completely neglected and abused.

Guests who participate in our personal play program are taken out for potty and play 3 times a day, but a guest may potty in their suite on occasion. When I picked up my dog, she was not as clean as when I dropped her off. In fact, she was filthy and smelled terrible. I'm left wondering how she slept and the condition of her room.
