The staff is very helpful and kind. There was a time that I was having a hard time walking and they would come and get Bonnie and bring her back to the car at the end of the day. They take excellent care of her when I board her. I never have to worry about her. What i appreciate the most is that someone is there 24/7. That really gives me peace of mind. I have recommended you to my friends. I love the Pooch Hotel and would never consider going anywhere else. Laura Schneider

As always, the Pooch Hotel staff made the check-in process quick and easy, which is greatly appreciated since we are often rushing to get to a flight or on the road out of town. They had all of the information beforehand and knew our dog Kody so that we didn't have to explain a lot to them on drop-off. We were asked a few questions about whether his feeding was the same as before and about some services we might want during boarding and that was it. We were there less than 5 minutes. They were very understanding and accommodating for my puppy and I. We just needed to take our puppy their for the day but I got a call early in the morning before my arrival to verify that my puppy has not had her rabies shot yet, and she hasn't as she is not old enough for it yet. The person who helped me schedule the appointment said it was fine, but the person who called me in the morning said that she should have it.
