Our dogs were well cared for and content during their stay. While we were away we were able to see them playing via the webcam. We were also called when the staff had a concern about one of our dogs. We also love that our dogs can remain comfortably together during their stay.

This has been the best fit for my dog . He loves going to stay and doesn’t seemed over the moon to see us when we pick him up..... I think the staff spoils him !

We decided to use Pooch for the first time and I was very pleased with our experience. I had never left my Frenchie anywhere so I was a little nervous to leave my dog At first. Since we were first time customers, we were able to get our first doggie daycare day complimentary. Since my dog is not neutered yet, he wasn’t able to participate in family playtime, however he did received three independent breaks/ playtime sessions. The place also looked very clean. Xena is a rescue that is still timid and fearful in new situations. I never worry about her when I have to board her at Pooch Hotel. The staff really seem to care about her and that puts me at ease.
