Dr, Dan Gllchrist was so caring and understanding when I had to say goodbye to my cat, Spike . It meant a lot to me as Spike was part of my family for close to 12 years.

We were very concerned about our dogs health when we woke up and saw he had a very nasty infection on his face. We called multiple vet clinics in our area and due to it being Sunday we were not able to even get an answer. We then called the emergency 24 hour animal hospital in Syracuse just for them to tell us “this is not an emergency and if you want to call tomorrow to set an appointment you can” without even seeing a picture of his face. We came to treat our sweet old boy Oreo. Our Whoodle was 13 yrs old and unfortunately had to be put down. The staff was very empathic and made the whole emotional process bearable. The follow up call a week later to check on how we were handling our loss and mourning shows just how much the vet cares about his patients and their families. We appreciate the care we and our Oreo received during the worst time of our family's lives. Thank you all.

I want to thank the entire staff for helping my boy Gunner. Everyone was super friendly, informative and helpful. My dog ripped his back toenail out by the root on a Sunday and even though he wasn't patient, they took him in right away on an emergency visit. Dan Gilchrist kept in constant communication and gave me guidance. He is a wonderful veterinarian. You can absolutely tell this practice really cares about the well being of animals. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

Yesterday we had the experience of taking our puppy to his first vet visit to get shots. Dr. Cornelius is our vet and she was absolutely amazing!! Her smile is contagious and you can see how much she loves animals! She is so smart, attentive, and made our experience so comfortable. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet! Awesome. Dr Dan Gilchrist took care of our furbaby like she was his own. Our baby had an urgent care. We are up from Virginia Beach, Virginia here in Richfield Springs visiting family and we found this terrible hole in our babies heal. Dr Dan started taking care of her immediately. Didn't try doing a bunch of tests to run our bill up. He respects us and our furbaby. Trixie and mommy and daddy Thank You so much!
