I so greatful for everyone at Waterville Vet who helped take care of my baby Zara during and after her knee surgery. She is not the easiest pup to deal with. We were so worried about leaving her overnight but, they all made us feel as comfortable as we possibly could during a hard time. Dr.Coffman did a fantastic job with her and her leg is doing amazing! I can’t say enough about the Careing , compassionate staff at Waterville . The hardest thing I ever had to do was loosing my best friend , my loyal girl Java 💔 but I trusted Dr. Duh and her compassion soothed me in a crazy way and gave me the strength. I always used Marcy Vet and after seeing my girl the same day and diagnosed her wrong they turned their back on me and wouldn’t see her after we went home snd she became even more ill , I called Waterville and Dr. Duh met us there within an hour . I have been going to this vet for the last five years. There staff an Drs are top notch. My fur baby hurt his back they got him in right away even with the pandemic. They listen to every word I said making sure my baby got the best care.Even when I called an said meds were working but still wasn’t 100 percent they listen an furthering more care to my baby. I will say anyone needing a vet you will be 100 percent taken care of here. Thank you an my fur baby thanks you

June 2019 my cat turned 16 and started to display some breathing problems. It was at night and nobody around my area would take her. We reached out to some friends that recommended WVC. Emmie was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and had to be put in ICU. It was scary but the staff was so compassionate and patient with all my emotions.
