Got a bill for a service for my daughter in the ************, ** area for a date of 01/26/2018 with a bill for $138.16, but funny thing is we live nearly 150 miles away and she had seen her personal provider in **************** by coincidence 01/25/2018 and gotten a prescription! I was traveling for an ***************** in ** when my son fell ill. The treating nurse was pretty good despite being overwhelmed. The problem is this companies billing. Upon arriving home, I received an additional bill for a balance of $50 that my insurance didn't cover because this visit was out of state. I received a text message from WellNow stating if I paid the bill today, I would pay $42.50 to settle the bill which I did immediately, and it cleared my bank. They started to double charge. They kept sending a bill, even texting about the bill. I sent in proof that I paid the day of the visit, giving a copy of the bank statement, they still refuse to correct it. Tried to give one more chance and they tried charging $100 when our copay is only $15.

Went to Wellnow in ** for a table saw injury in April 2022. Had to pay around $280 up front which is unusual but I paid since I needed treatment. Great five star doctor but over a year later I am still dealing with billing out of *******. My insurance paid the bill and Wellnow owes me over hundred dollars back. They did say that it was odd that I paid so much up front and keep saying they will refund me in two weeks and they never do. I have been doing the asbestos physical exam for my job for 3 years in Wellnow this clinic on ******************************* In my opinion the prices are more expensive every year, the figure they have when you pay online is not true, you have to be prepared to pay a few dollars more, I paid online $165 and at the clinic they asked me for about $75 more.In the year 2022 I paid $105 exam total.In 2023, my colleagues and I had to do and pay for lung plates, when these exams must be done every 5 years and mandatory by the work... read more

Worst ever experience Ive ever had waited 1 hour and a half to be seen with pre appointment! What a joke staff unprofessional as well which didnt help

The fact they wont let you be seen until you pay a past due balance is absurd! Never asking a potential patient how they will pay but just telling them without payment you wont be seen. Never been to any urgent care, physicians office or er where that has been told.

If you have more than one insurance providor, don't visit tyhis place. They will process one of the insurance checks and keep billing you even after they get paid 100%. This is not right, and its not just a one off problem, it happens each time. I'll never go here again.

My credit card was charged $100.00 for the service I received the day I went. 15 Days later my credit card was charged $100.0 again- for the same service. After 3 phone calls of someone telling me they reversed the charge the representative tells me they only do Paper Check refunds and it will be 2 to 3 weeks before I receive it!!!
