Taking my dog here was like taking my car to the dealership for service. They took my dog to the back room, (for service) after he was attacked by another dog. A service advisor, 'front desk clerk" walks into the holding room with an itemized list of services they need to perform on my dog, totaling $1000.00. I was required to sign and agree to this estimate before they even checked under the hood or kicked my tires, This estimate included hospitalation, 3 x-rays, (my dog weighs 4 lbs).
