I adopted a seemingly healthy kitty last June. I was told I would pay a certain fee for all the shots and procedures and that's it. However, upon returning to follow through with the spay ( price included in the initial adoption) I was told I needed to pay more money for further tests. I was not informed of this prior however I paid the fee and they said she was good to go (spay) but surprise surprise now I needed to pay for the spay. I took her to Petco and they found a heart condition, something this place did NOT inform. ... read more

Raul, We are deeply sorry to hear about your kitty's heart condition. Heart conditions can develop in little time, some normal cats may have an intermittent heart murmur that shows up when they are stressed. The last time she was examined here was about 5 months ago and everything was normal. Regarding the spay, we communicated to you back in July 2023 that the spay needed to be scheduled within a 4-5 month post adoption at no charge but unfortunately it was not scheduled.

If I could give a negative review I would. No issues with their care but they are basically thieves. BEWARE the paw plan B/S. I signed up for it and then lost my job for a few months. I called and told them that I would begin paying again when I could. They began randomly taking whatever money was in my account to try and get their money. Literally WHATEVER was in the account. I found charges for .18c, .12c, $12.00, basically they just kept going in and grabbing literally everything that was available in the account. SHAME... read more

Mark, We discussed this matter on the phone and like I mentioned, unless you request to cancel the Paw Plan, it will keep charging the monthly amount due automatically. In your case, unfortunately, you didn't have sufficient funds to charge the full amount which is why those charges kept getting applied automatically to equal the amount due. The lady at the front desk was rude and impatient. When she did answer questions she was constantly giving wrong information and when I would tell her she is giving wrong information, she would take a minute and realize what she had said then respond with a nastier attitude. This was about a prescription so I had to make sure I was getting the right information. Also They told me to come at a specific time to pick it up and it wasn't ready, I asked her why I was told to come at this time if you haven't filled the prescriptio... read more

I brought my dogs here for annual rabies and shots! I must have repeated myself 3 times saying both dogs needed rabies shots! What happened!? Only 1 of 2 got the rabies shots! I expressed my anxious dog needed to be brought in with my other dog that was there for the same service! I made sure they understood that but upon arrival! With all the questions and treatment plans they wanted to tell me about I was frazzled! Been coming to this facility for the last three years. I've noticed a decline in the service that my pet and self have been receiving; while getting a significant increase in costs. The former caring staff seems to have all been let go or resigned. Was being charged triple the cost of medications I was told I could not order online or from Costco. Found out after a year of being overcharged; that I could have ordered the medications online from the beginning. Also noticed a constant of the staff constantly upselling... read more

I should have left my previous review a lot earlier than I did. This place tortured my dog in his last moments of life. It was a terrible thing. Our dog yelped in pain for at least 15 minutes. I did a review recently and got a response saying that they had seen my dog three years ago. This is true because I never thought of leaving a yelp review. Never bring your dog to this facility for euthanasia.

Seems like they got a scam going on. I have taken my dog here a few times. They are very nice, but always do my dogs check up without me. They seem to have a strange routine to get you to pay more. The check your dog in private, then have a book keeper type person come discuss the finding with you. Before the vet does. Every time o am there there are customers (always different ones) in the parking lot complaining about the service and trying to figure out what they were just charged for.

We do this so your wait time is reduced because we realize that our clients are very busy. I brought my sweet and loving new puppy here for a puppy checkup and shots. I was not allowed in the exam room with my puppy. Once the exam was over I was called into an exam room and met the Veterinarian in person... still no puppy in sight. She told me that the puppy behaved horribly and she had to show him who was boss. She warned me that his breed may bite when older and I may have to euthanize if that happens. I was shocked by this. I am very skeptical about this vet. My dog had a lump and i brought her in and paid 700 for a biopsy. The results took longer to get than expected and i had to call to find out. Thankfully they said not cancer. In the 1 week following the biopsy the lump has now grown. I called to find out if this is normal and they want to charge me for another visit.
