I was a little skeptical at first because of the lower rates than other options, but Whitney and team came through for me in droves. From the timeliness of communications and answering any questions promptly, to closing on schedule and providing transparency on the fees, I could not have asked for a better team to work with. Whitney was extremely helpful. She made the entire process of getting the mortgage very fast and effortless for me. They walked me through every single steps. Even the Title company was pleasantly surprised to have seen the way they gave me best interest rate and how fast & smoothly they closed it on time.
I was moving from Japan back to the US and even though I was 13 time zones ahead, we had great communications and was even able to close on the loan in less than 30 days. Have recommended her to both people I have met since closing that are wanting to buy a house this year.
Switched lenders at the last minute because Witney was able to offer a lower rate with significantly lower fees. She was very responsive when calling/emailing. Absolutely no complaints!
