Good customer service experience I had a problem with a couple of the latch buttons breaking on vinyl windows I had installed a few years ago. The company that did the install for me had since gone out of business so I called Window City directly. Spoke to Chris at customer service and he was fantastic. He agreed to ship me a handful of new latch buttons to replace the broken ones at no charge. Thanks Chris!

Window City Service Department I am a general contractor who purchases, and installs Window City products. For the first time in over 8 years one of my clients contacted me about a cracked sealed unit of a previously installed window. I contacted the service department to see if they would help with providing a new unit to replace the damaged one. Parts Replacement When we first moved in to our new home we accidentally broke living room window lock brackets. I contacted WindowCity and after a few back and forth questions and providing pictures, model and serial number I was able to pick up the parts. Thank you WindowCity, and thank you Chris!

Replacement of the patio screen door astragal I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to us by Chris from this manufacturing warehouse. We got Window City manufactured doors and windows installed for us five years ago. Recently, our patio screen door has fallen apart being worn out. We needed a replacement for it, and we turned to the manufacturer. Windows upgrades I am happy with my window upgrades. At first the design of the window catches was poor. Upon going to the company l was given free replacements and knowledge as to repair my windows. The replacement parts were a revised metal rather than plastic, an improvement metal parts for a durable window function. Thanks Window City!

service and parts required I called the window city service line to get info re the switch and hardware required for some windows in my home. The rep returned my call and advised my he had what i needed. He asked me to come to his office for the parts. When i arrived, they gave me the small pieces i needed no charge. The service rep then spent time with me in the show room, showing me how the parts were installed. I was very happy and satisfied. A very un usual experience in this day and age.

windows and customer service I must say this company is awesome. Not only do I have amazing windows but the service is top notch. Even with that ice storm we had in April 2018 my screen door lost the weather stripping and I was able to replace screen easily without any issues. So far my windows are 4 years old and look like new. Thank you everyone at Window City.

Customer Service and credibility I had broken patio screen window frame. I did not realize I don't need a new window and when I explained to the person what the problem was, he told me I only needed the side of it and they cost only $20 at Window City, being the manufacturer. Great customer service from Chris Dadswell, who showed me (a single parent) a sample fitting in the showroom area. Screen repair Window City installed windows in my daughter’s older home in 2009. Have never had any problems with them and the windows and screens still look great. Recently when cleaning I broke the corner piece on a screen (totally my fault) so I took it in for repair. it was done for free with no questions asked! I’m very happy with the service. Thanks Chris!
