Screen repair Window City installed windows in my daughter’s older home in 2009. Have never had any problems with them and the windows and screens still look great. Recently when cleaning I broke the corner piece on a screen (totally my fault) so I took it in for repair. it was done for free with no questions asked! I’m very happy with the service. Thanks Chris!

Screen repair, Window replacement I would like to thank Window City for their help. I have their windows throughout the townhome. After 10 years or so, a few of the window screens needed to be repaired. After speaking with Chris at Window City, I dropped off the screens. They were fixed and ready for pick-up two days later, at no cost. I also had one window in the basement which still needed to be replaced. No one wanted to come for one window. Service Repair I am an owner and property manager of a midtown fourplex. Two windows of one unit had broken parts at the top edge which parts allow the window slip out of it's track for easy cleaning. i called Window City and spoke with Chris in service who said he had the needed parts and so I went to the factory at 6300 Steels W. where I was promptly greeted. Window repair Over the last 7 years I've had a couple problems with the windows in my present home. The Customer Service staff are friendly and very helpful. The service by the technicians has been exceptional. The repair work is done in reasonable time and done well.

windows and doors full house We had our whole house windows done and it's amazing with the built in blinds, easy to look after, love the windows easy to up keep! We have had it now for almost 5 years and had someone come in once cause window wasn't closing, they came next day and fixed it, cleaned the window too and told us how to mamintain it and they are very clean when they come in, no mess at all very respectfull!
