they are AWOL, until the winter inspection where they write down all the stuff they want to charge you for at the end of the year. they don't know how to do accounting without making it twenty million times more complicated then it is. they did construction to the bathroom, balconies, and parking lot during the lease instead of when no one lived in the complex and didn't even reimburse us. absolutely terrible!

Literally the worst experience Ive ever dealt with, Wolfe and his terrible associates have done everything they can to make our lives miserable. We rent a property and pay $6600 a month and they don't even maintain the damn yard, our wonderfully large backyard is a forest infested with insects and other varmints that no one wants to venture into and play with. Oh Wolfe & Assoc... This is the second year that I've lived in a Wolfe property in Isla Vista (why we came back to them this year I don't know) and I can confidently say that this is a bad company to work with. I received false late charges on my rent last year, and when I called the company to talk about it I got snapped at by a irritable and rude receptionist who obviously had better things to do.This year Wolfe repaved the parking lot (which we appreciated) but then left a full dumpster that had been moved for the repav... read more

$3000 security deposit, and yet somehow they claimed we owed extra money!!! Granted there were 6 guys living in a house on DP, but 3000 worth of damage was ridiculous. I ended up writing my own inventory of damages, and they cut us a check for a whopping $200, but at least we still saved some money. Just beware, but if you have them don't be afraid to fight back
