These people have less than 2 stars for a reason. This is the LEAST accommodating management company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I swear to god it's more worth it to not live under their bs management than to live in the exact area you want. They overcharge for absolutely every single thing they can, they give zero notice for showing your unit ( which doesn't make any sense bc would you want the unit to be cleaner than normal?). Looks like you were charged $125.17 for a window glass repair and on average most homeowners pay between $161 and $355 to replace window glass. The only other charge on your units account was a $89.87 screen replacement charge, which was the exact amount ABS Glass company billed us for the work. OK EVERYONE...This place is is doing scams on everyone..they are taking money through paypal to do a housing rental application check. Hi Bjorn, We never received your id's and proof of income to start processing your applications. Legally to run your credit and start processing your applications we would of needed these items, as noted on the rental application. Since we never heard from you and we did not do any processing we are welcome to refund your application fees back through PayPal, all you had to do was ask. The townhouse you applied for is still available but since it sounds like you already found other housing we will issue the refund.
Terrible landlords, and getting reimbursed for their incorrect withdrawals is a nightmare. Go elsewhere if you can, or make sure to only pay by check and not do any recurring payments.

Hi Josie, I'm sorry you were frustrated with the online payment system. Wolfe & Associates does not have the ability to make withdrawals from your account. If incorrect withdrawals were made, that was due to you setting up reoccurring payments through Appfolio, the management software that you create your online portal on, and not canceling your reoccurring payments when the lease ended and no payment was due. An absolute abomination of a housing company. The apartment I lived in last year was INFESTED with cockroaches, it got so bad that I couldn't even walk into the kitchen without being swarmed by hundreds of cockroaches. We called them numerous times to try to have the situation resolved, and shockingly the situation was never resolved. My son just moved into a Wolfe rental in Isla Vista. The large number of repair findings on move in have not been address. Each day a new drama. Today all the plumbing backed up out of the bathroom sink when he ran the kitchen disposal. They send repair folks over who do the absolute minimum and usually not what is truly the important items. One of the worst property managers I've lived with as far as maintenance. Not only do they repeatedly charge us for a repair that I've been told by the plumber is due to old plumbing in the complex, but upon a routine inspection they tried to charge us for bringing smoke detectors up to code which by law is the responsibility of the owner not the renter. Terrible company. Whatever you do, avoid Wolfe and Associates. I had been with them for two years (out of necessity, not by choice) and throughout my time with them they provide simply the WORST service. Will literally find any reason to deduct from your security deposit. After my first year I asked why they deducted half of our security deposit (we left our house pretty clean at move out) and they pretty much just gave us a shoulder shrug as if that's the way it works. Its a shame that i have to give this company even a 1 star rating. These guys are horrible! I rented an apt from them on the central coast and for what they charge you can pretty much rent a house for. These werent even great apartments at all. I signed a lease and as soon as it was up they raised my rent bigtime. And continued doing so until i had to leave. Then they marked up the price again for the next person.
