Can I give them ZERO stars? If only we could get in a time machine and go back and NEVER call them. Sales guy gave us a bid in March 2021 to remove a shower, extend a wall, and install a new bath. It was way overpriced but they said it would be completed in TWO days. They show up the end of May and start the demo work, but find an electrical wire that needs to be moved (missed by sales guy and supervisor prior to work). I scheduled a consolation through **** *****to have Bath Planet come out to look at our bathroom. Day of, they canceled my appointment. I took the day off to meet with them. I called them back asking what was going on. They stated they do not leave voicemails, I was supposed to just answer any call, from any number. I told them when I scheduled the appointment to leave me a voicemail because I cannot answer my phone at work. Have been waiting since we signed the contract August 31, 2021 for our bathroom remodel. Target installation date 12/16/2021. It is now April 15, 2022 and still nothing. Meanwhile the shower is slowly ruining the Kitchen ceiling downstairs because it's leaking somewhere. Supposedly I was waiting for a shower door which was finally delivered March 11. Someone in customer service said as soon as someone opened it in the warehouse and they knew it wasn't damaged, they would put me on the "ready list" What that is has still not ... read more

I feel compelled to warn people about Your Home Improvement Company aka YHIC. On October 1, 2021, a high-pressured salesman talked us into buying their walk-in shower conversion. It looked like good material and something that we wanted even though the quote was very pricey. He said it could take a couple months to get the material and then a couple of weeks to schedule installation. Bought two windows through this company pour work have had them out 5 times on the windows. One window was not put in square and the repair people know about it and the just keep ordering a replacement sash thing it will fix the problem
