I am beyond disappointed with this company. The company is terrible communication and follow through 4 appointments no call no showed. Wasted my time and time off from work to be home. Poor install level was not used or flashing. Foam around windows was not trimmed shims were not cut correctly. Installers left without trimming out the windows said that was never ordered. Cant get ahold of this company, afraid that we may have been taken advantage of
"YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY" WAS HIRED TO RENOVATE THE MAIN BATHROOM OF MY HOUSE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AS A HANDICAPPED PERSON. THE PROJECT WAS TO START IN APRIL OF 2025 AND TO DATE, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025, THE COMPANY STARTED AND HAS WITHOUT NOTICE ABANDONED THE RENOVATION WITH APROXIMATELY ½ OF THE PROJECT INCOMPLETE. It has been over 4 months waiting to get my bathroom upgraded, I have been told that they couldn't get a building permit from a town out of my county, which is very stupid if you look up the county that I am in. After 2 months they said a employee had quit and couldn't get it done when they said they would be out. Didn't show up and said they couldn't get a plumber, this is going on 5 mouths. We have been left wanting in terms of communication; our final check was cashed before our bathroom remodel has been completed. We are still waiting on a sink faucet to be installed and I have to get in contact with project manager Eric E. every week to check on progress. We had 3 windows installed four years ago and they are defective. They fog up all of the time. They replaced two of the windows but have refused to replace the third even though it had the same issue and was under the same warranty. The new windows that they installed also have the same defect and are impossible to clean. We have been dealing with them for FOUR YEARS and they have stood us up for appointments at LEAST 15 times. Easily the worst company I’ve worked for. They over charge their clients and don’t take the time to make the problems right and they would rather sue you than make it right. They still owe me $4000 and I only worked for them. Do yourself a favor and get a tile shower. I’m John *****btw and got this company over 30 5 star reviews because my services actually fixed the problem.
I had a very bad experience with this company and strongly advise others to stay away. They made verbal promises about expanding my bathroom and convinced me to sign a $14,500 contract based on those promises. I clearly told them my current shower was 60” x 30” and I wanted it bigger. They assured me it would be, but after installation, I realized it was the exact same size — nothing changed. Company had zero oversight on our project and took 3 months to finish a job that was quoted as 2 days. I had to go into their warehouse in order to make an appointment after our correct items finally came in. Avoid this company. Check out their 1.6 stars on yelp for accurate reviews
