My experience was LESS than excellent! My journey with this company began 2 years ago. YES, it took almost 24 months to actually receive our purchase. The experience was full of broken promises, delays, change order after change order, mismeasured windows, the wrong product being ordered, sub contractors installing the windows when we WERE PROMISED they did NOT use subcontractors. A year and a half later and they still have not completed my window project
We wanted to have 10 windows and a slider with blinds replaced. Sales said it wouldn’t be a problem and scheduled their “best” person to measure everything the next day. We signed the contract on 1/23/24 and were told someone would be in contact with us to schedule the 2-day installation once weather permitted. The installers came in early May but only installed 4 of the 10 windows as there was a problem with the other 6 and the door hadn’t come in yet. Their sales tactics are incredibly predatory. We felt very pressured into signing a contract to have our bathroom remodeled, and ultimately gave in. We told the salesperson we wanted to think on it and he didn’t take no for an answer. We feel taken advantage of, but also disappointed in ourselves. We should’ve known better than to fall for it. Word to the wise, tell them you need to think on it and they’ll lower the price to get you to sign. Only do it if you feel confident you want to. The installers and plumber were great.... read more
Had to wait months for replacement replacement windows. Mind you the windows were only 3 years old that needed replacing. And when they finally came in it took another 3 to 4 months to get someone out hereto put the 3 out of the 4 in. This all started in May of 2024 and still waiting on the other one yet
I am finding it impossible to get a response from this company on windows that I purchased. I am 1 call away from getting professional help from a lawyer. I can't really afford a lawyer,but this business has left me no choice.
brandon was very good! your time line getting replacement parts is terrible !!!! I have new door handles and inner parts on order let’s hope it goes a lot faster!!

They installed a patio door for us Sept. 2023. We picked them because they were the average quote and they stated their doors were built sturdy and that was why they have a double-lifetime warranty. Feb 2024 we called in warranty repair because one of the wheels on main door was broken and door would not close without effort. It took until May 2024 and ALOT of calls and emails to get them out to fix the door. Well, now it Nov, 2024 and a wheel on the screen door is broken and I have been waiting over a month to get that fixe... read more

I got an estimate from these people, to be told I had black mold growing in my bathroom. that is a major concern for me because im highly allergic to black mold. keep in mind my house is a brand new build its 10 months old. I just wanted a walk in shower instead of a bath/shower. I got the builders involved, my realtor, home inspectors and mold inspectors. this became a huge deal and a very stressful situation and arguments I had to deal with. which caused me to pay out of pocket for mold tests to be done in my house to prov... read more
