The company is bogus, do not spend your money on this company. First they ordered the wrong tub then they had to tear out new tile but ran short of pcs so they went with another color then the bottom wood work is wrong height with terrible notches that stick out big-time. I called the manager four times and he won't respond back ? What a joke. They take your hard earned money then s on you. Terrible customer service

Substandard work and quality of products used! I have made several calls to the company to follow up on the materials and services provided with little or no response. The warranty is only as good as the company providing it. My next step will be contacting a lawyer and holding them accountable. I would think twice before hiring this company!

I've had problems from the day one. They installed it and nobody said anything about it not fitting for home the hotwater heater wasn't large enough for the filling up of the tub. I have been begging them to come out they sent people out that said it shouldn't have been installed in the first place. I didn't have good enough pipes for the drain . I've had pipes to be fixed and I've had to pay out of pocket. I'm handicap and I needed the tub for soaking and reducing the swelling of my body. The jets never worked because it wa... read more

They installed a shower that leaks. A tub that had air underneath, Feels like you could stomp a hole through it.. A vanity that never got finished. A second vanity that the sink leaks. And a toilet that leaks. All very nice people at first then they are very rude and refuse to fix anything and did not give a deposit back. I felt uncomfortable around the installer and managers. This company will rip you off and not think twice about it.

Beware! I would give this company a zero if possible. Came in contact with with them at the home show disguised as Bath Planet. Sales people came over for the sales appointment. They measured my 66 inch tub at 64 inches. We talked multiple times on how we did not want to loose space in our tub/shower. We were reassured we wouldn't. The designed the surround on a website and sold us on this is what you will get. I felt pressured to purchase the tub right then, with cash, to get the lowest of the three prices quoted. Then I found the cost was extremely overpriced, compared to what a local licensed contractor would charge. I had buyer's remorse even before the salesmen left, but felt that I couldn't back out.
BUYER BEWARE - We had all our windows replaced with krypton gas filled triple pane windows. We still had frost & condensation on them when the outside air temperature was subzero and was told that our indoor humidity was too high (31%). We could feel cold drafts coming in around the bottom of the windows. YHIC came out and January to check and we were told they'd come back when it was warmer to check the insulation around the windows. YHIC have been UNETHICAL with me for over a year and have not agreed to a reasonable resolution after I made many attempts to do so. Litigation is my next step. They were dishonest, sloppy, cut corners, omitted the final plumbing inspection, refused to move their truck for my townhouse association snow removal staff (I am a disable senior and can't do snow removal-I argued and pleaded with the installer), the installer did not clean up after himself and left MUCH debris and supplies in my home, no tarp was put on my lower le... read more
Filed a complaint and never got a response. They have been trying to fix our shower for over a year and absolutely a no fix issue. Horrible customer service. Our shower looks like a child installed it.
