Horrible experience overall. Job was supposed to be done in days but took months. Wasted days of work to babysit them while they worked. Was at the house at 11pm which was totally inappropriate. No compensation for inconvenience, poor quality, or wasting my time. Do not do business with this company.
We previously used this company to install all new windows in 2020, with no issues. When we decided to redo our bathroom, we felt confident in having them do the work. We signed the contract on 5/2/24, with an estimated start date of 6/10/24 to 7/11/24. Due to a backorder on materials, this was changed to 7/25/24 to 8/22/24. We had windows put in 6 years ago and they still leak. Have contacted them many times and people have been out and looked at them and said there not square and they are warped and that they need replaced but nothing happens. Very disappointed with this company and will never tell anybody to work with them.
We had a walk in shower put in January 2024. The inspector came out to check it and wouldn’t sign off on the project because they didn’t put a vent in the plumbing. Have tried to reconcile th is issue many times and they just keep putting it off. It is now August 2024 and still nothing has been done. Very frustrated with this situation.
Terrible customer service and product. We ordered a house full of windows in April with an installation of August. They showed up in September damaged and incomplete. The installers weren't even able to install some of them and filed a claim on our behalf for the others because they were so bad. Over a year later, still haven't received all our windows and the ones they have replaced are also poor quality. Customer service is non-existent. Scam artists, they sell you a $4000,00 door, then switch it for a $400.00 door, with a vague description, SO DO NOT REPLY TO ANYTHING OVER TEXT, BUYER BEWARE then they want to split the cost with you to replace it SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE
I would never refer this company to anyone.I dealt with the Soiux Falls location. I had them put 8 windows in, biggest mistake of my life. My windows were 122 years old and they did not leak as bad as the new ones they installed.First problem was they measured 2 windows 8" to short YES 8", They put 6 windows in on the first trip out, they had 6 windows in within 3 hours, I should have known there would be a problem. Work done by the installers was very good. My complaint is about the salesman who bold faced lied to myself and my wife. We were never given a copy of the contact. Salesman said, 6.85% for the life of the loan. WRONG, aqua finance said, 6.9% for one year, then17.9% until the loan was paid. I was never given the chance to use my bank(MN fix up loan) salesman then said, military discount, you bet. WRONG never received that. Service is terrible keep getting the run around. Had window, front storm door, patio door installed. Window didn't fit right ,patio door latch is hard to use still fighting with them about the patio door keep getting the RUN AROUND for 8 months of NOT fixed RIGHT. 1st the patio screen was very loose, not attached on the lower corner .It was fixed after months of getting it done, the door was having condensation in the corners at the same time .Hopefully it's fixed.
