Technician was very courteous and professional. Couldn't of asked for any better.
Both the fiber optic cable installation team, and the service tech were prompt and on time (early even). All questions and concerns addressed and taken care of, and everyone was friendly and wonderful to work with, all the way back to the sales team.
Y'all, give this man a raise. Mark earned his money this morning. With a storm last night and freshly graded driveway there was no way his van was going up it. I met him at the bottom of my 1/4 mile sopping, muddy driveway and asked him if he would be willing to let me haul him up and down on the UTV and guess what? He sure did! Amanda Adams was great. She answered all my questions regrading new streaming tv service for my mom. She was so thorough and informative. She set up my mom’s appointment for next week. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

The 2 guys that installed our internet we wonderful! The older gentlemen was training the young man with him and was a great trainer with great patience and expertise and they were in and out before we knew it! Would give 20 ✨ if possible! That young man under his trainer has a very promising career ahead of him
