The entire experience was made so much easier by each member of your staff that I dealt with. Linda took my car had me go through the process of resetting the device did not bring it back up. She had the first technician come out and he could not fix the problem due to it being an outside problem blemish…both he and Linda forwarded the repair call for the outside technician and he fixed it within 15/20 minutes. The gentleman (Tod) that I was lucky enough to get when I called Zirrus for help on an Internet problem was AWESOME. He was knowledgeable, and pleasant while being extremely willing to find the exact solution to my problem. I hope if I ever have to call Zirrus for help again that I am lucky enough to be connected to Tod.

Absolutely great customer service!
I recently took over phone tree and had no idea what to expect. After I had taken this position I was told ap didn’t work. I talked to Barry and I can’t express how awesome and knowledgeable he is!! Barry is very kind and patient. Explaining how ap works, walked me through some of the basics. Expressed if I ever ran into difficulties or just had a question all I had to do was give him a call. Again, Barry is awesome!!
Linda assisted me with problems I was having setting up my Zirrus email on my new computer. She was very helpful and went out of her was to explain things to me in the simplest possible way. She was very patient with me. Thank you so much.
Kayla provide an excellent customer service experience. She helped resolve the problem immediately and ensure that my concerns were the primary objective. I believe she went above and beyond her call of duty and should be commended for it.
