I recently took over phone tree and had no idea what to expect. After I had taken this position I was told ap didn’t work. I talked to Barry and I can’t express how awesome and knowledgeable he is!! Barry is very kind and patient. Explaining how ap works, walked me through some of the basics. Expressed if I ever ran into difficulties or just had a question all I had to do was give him a call. Again, Barry is awesome!!

Linda assisted me with problems I was having setting up my Zirrus email on my new computer. She was very helpful and went out of her was to explain things to me in the simplest possible way. She was very patient with me. Thank you so much.

The support team was very helpful and I understood everything she asked me to do, but I still have the same problem our internet is still slow on both my husband and my phones! I don't know what else to do about that. But thanks anyway Wanda Allen
