Could not ask for friendlier customer service! Barry was the tech, he solved the problem and followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was working correctly.
NCDOT cut main fiber optic cable along our road and we lost internet AND phone service in Hamptonville, NC. This was critical in that we have a working-from-home situation. Paula and Kayla responded to my questions and concerns promptly and professionally and Paula even called to confirm our service was fully restored once repairs were completed. He immediately took ownership of my concern and quickly provided a fix, all the while engaging me in the steps he was taking in resolution of the stated problem. Then, took the time to follow-up with me late in the day to sssure the fix provided had sustained itself. The customer service experience was great from the general billing questions to the technology department. Everyone was professional, respectful and made me feel cared about as a customer.
