NCDOT cut main fiber optic cable along our road and we lost internet AND phone service in Hamptonville, NC. This was critical in that we have a working-from-home situation. Paula and Kayla responded to my questions and concerns promptly and professionally and Paula even called to confirm our service was fully restored once repairs were completed. Lost internet on a Friday night š±. Called around 7:30 angle got love personā¦rare service MUCH appreciated. The woman tried many things but was unable to help so set up service appt for next morning. She called back a little after 8 (if asked her when she was through for the day and it was 8 pm so this was after she was supposed to get off work, another extremely rare thing) because sheād thought of something else to try. That worked so we were up and running. Really exceptional service!Ā
