NCDOT cut main fiber optic cable along our road and we lost internet AND phone service in Hamptonville, NC. This was critical in that we have a working-from-home situation. Paula and Kayla responded to my questions and concerns promptly and professionally and Paula even called to confirm our service was fully restored once repairs were completed. Excellent customer service in this matter. A+

Barry, my tech was pleasant and professional. He immediately took ownership of my concern and quickly provided a fix, all the while engaging me in the steps he was taking in resolution of the stated problem. Then, took the time to follow-up with me late in the day to sssure the fix provided had sustained itself. The customer service experience was great from the general billing questions to the technology department. Everyone was professional, respectful and made me feel cared about as a customer. Bert or Ben I forgot the name was great and gave a courtesy call back the next day. Can't say enough good things about the service received.
