Amanda was exceptional in both her customer service and her product knowledge. It was a pleasure working with her today. She’s one of the many wonderful people working at Zirrus that make the company so great to work with.
Fowler is an exceptional tech rep. She listened to my problems with the slow speeds and problems with the Ring app. She quickly reviewed my equipment and the status, resulting in a reset of my equipment and updating the software. She listened, understood, and gave her full attention to my concerns. And, she called me back today to check on the status of the system. She is the ultimate tech rep and an asset to Zirrus.
