Mark was very nice and helpful. He let us know when he was on his way and fixed our phone line that had been struck by lightning shortly after arriving.

everyone has been friendly and professional, from the sales people, the layout crew, the trenchers and installers, and follow up office crew. I have called often with questions about speed, in house equipment and why there are fluctuations once the signal is moving thru my equipment.
