Bobby very quickly resolved my internet communication problem. He was extremely efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is a great representative for Zirrus and works so fast and effectively while troubleshooting and solving any problems.
John arrived on time (window I was expecting)… confirmed the previous equipment was faulty… installed the new equipment… explained the details… made sure my Wi-Fi on my phone was reconnected… also took the time to make sure my Wi-Fi reconnected to my tv setup… let me know if I needed further assistance to call and get help… very good experience… thanks
