Lost internet on a Friday night 😱. Called around 7:30 angle got love person…rare service MUCH appreciated. The woman tried many things but was unable to help so set up service appt for next morning. She called back a little after 8 (if asked her when she was through for the day and it was 8 pm so this was after she was supposed to get off work, another extremely rare thing) because she’d thought of something else to try. That worked so we were up and running. Really exceptional service!
Excellent customer support. Todd is the absolute best. He was able to resolve our problem within minutes.
Barry was our customer service representative on the phone for some internet issues and fixed them right away, very thorough and courteous. Always the best service at Zirrus.
