Shape causes hose tangles I really like the tab connections. They make it a lot easier to take it off to empty. The problem is the barrel shape sticking down into the water causes the hose to get wrapped around it. Our wandering vacuum ends up on its side a lot because of this, and I have to go rescue it.

So helpful to have this! I purchased this as a replacement to the same one that had worn out. It's a fantastic thing to have and saves us so much work because it stops the leaves/debris from getting to the pool filter. It's easy to tell when it needs to be cleaned and also easy to clean.
