We are not really happy with the product ; it works very slow!!! And also we did have 100 Rebate yet . Very disappointed about the service company as well .

I bought MX8 pool vacuum cleaner from Leslie’s and it didn’t clean at all for few weeks Very poor Product for the price.

You didn’t do anything! I purchased another cleaner (second one in three years) I’d like to know how long they last? The first one was just 3 years old. Many replacement tracks and brushes later. Several side A’s and side B’s. One engine and one set of barrings. One flow regulator. The only thing I didn’t replace was the gears which I bought but didn’t use and the hoses. I have never received my $100. Rebate. plus the trash basket wasnt in the box. I had the store where I purchased the zodiac to order it and y'all haven't sent it to them and that's been over 4 weeks. If I had know the this I would have never purchased it. I will tell others about y'all

I was going to buy a Navigator but the guy at my pool store talked me into the Zodiac MX8. I have had it for a couple of weeks. The bottom of my pool looks terrible. This thing spends 80% of it's time climbing the walls. And when it is running on the floor of the pool it picks up about half of what my old pool cleaner picked up. I am waiting for my rebate, I am going to put it towards a new pool cleaner.
