I bought this unit because I wanted to get away from my polaris booster pump. I've connected to one of my skimmers. I have to close my other skimmer completely in order to get this unit to work properly. This ends up cavitating my pump, due to not enough water for the suction. I HATE IT!

Terrible company. Would not honor their rebate. Machine did not work well enough to justify cost so returned machine

It doesn't work, at least not yet. There is no support during the weekends, when most people would be working on their pools. The availability of a rebate was false because it was dependent on the price set by the retailer. If the retailer were a price a few dollars higher, the rebate might kick in.

Way too many moving parts that constantly get clogged by small twigs and leaves. It seems like every 30 seconds that vacuum stops moving and I have to pull it out of the water to unclog it. Extremely disappointed.

At this point, I am pleased with your product but I am not happy with the rebate process. I had to register this product on your site (using the identification number), then I receive an email saying that there was some missing additional information. I feel like I should return this purchase to the store for a full refund because seems more of a hassle to not give the rebate for your product as stated. I am not a happy customer.

Leaves jam it up and have to be cleared before it resumes

It stopped working after one day. All the hose connections leaked and allowed air into the system to the point the strainer basket at the pump had almost no water in it.
