Awesome cleaner. Took a chance on it and very satisfied. I bought it on a $100 gift card promotion but haven't received anything back in a month... Why would it take so long to receive the gift card.. They had no problem processing my payment...

works great goes all the way up the walls. i only have to brush the stairs now. Wish i bought it sooner instead of repairing me navigator all the time.

While the vacuum spins around over and over and over in the same spot, the tractor belts actually removed the pebble surface from my pool in multiple locations. No telling how much this will cost to repair.

Alittle disappointing. I was assured it could handle small twigs and it really can't. They cause everything to jam up and stop have clean regularly.

I feel a bit like an ass and sit corrected regarding my prior review. After looking further into the issue (as recommended by the Zodiac team) our small particle issue was with the filter screens in the pump NOT with the vacuum itself. We got new filters and replaced the old ones this afternoon. After 2 hours of operation ALL of the small particles are removed, did not kickback through the jets as before, and the water is clear as can be. My wife is stoked. Just bought am MX8 Elite for $570.00. Had two MX8 before that lasted 3 years each running 12h/day, almost everyday. Besides the regular maintenance no problem with the vacuum itself but the hoses were both POS The new one comes with new features that make it more complicated for a lesser result. The built in whatever connector with baffles sucks too much water leaving the robot stuck in the middle of the pool. Tried the 10 rotations / 20 to 25 seconds.... Complete Joke.
