I really do not like it , it just doesn't do the job and is a big husttle to make work, i regret it buying this vacuum cleaner. sorry for being honest.

The line will repeatedly start to suck air and cause air pockets that shuts the pump down. This is a never ending issue and the only remedy we’ve found is that we have to pull ALL the hoses together and submerge them prior to hooking up.

The unit worked for one day. After that it stopped moving. I took it back twice to the store. Right now I am waiting for the regional representative to deal with the store. The unit is eating itself and wearing out from inside and that’s only after having it a week. Right now I am totally unhappy with the product and the response from the regional representative let alone Zodiac in general!!!!

Never worked. I live in the Palm Springs, CA area. The ball in the middle of the zodiac Elite drive get's choked with simple leaves an palm string like material. I have to fix it numerous times a day. Their is a flaw in it's construction. Power should drive it be wheels. The spinning ball that makes sweeper work clogs. Not one day has it worked without unclogging it. I called for my money back or someone to come and the company phone - witch tools hours to wait, hung up on me. They have never returned left messages... read more

Here's a suggestion that may help with that issue: remove the yellow debris inlet to widen the port on the bottom of the cleaner. This should allow larger debris to pass through. It's so slow & does not climb the walls

My Hayward Navigator performed much better. This vacuum moves slow, only climbs walls if it hits it dead on. On a 2.7hp pump with only vacuum line opened I can only get 10 rotations in 24 seconds which is almost too slow. Cover the ports on the flow regulator that connects between the vacuum and the hose and it's way too fast so obviously the flow regulator is garbage. The claim that this vacuum requires 30% less flow is not accurate. I need 50% more flow than my Hayward and require double the amount of runtime for cleaning.

The system says it is a low flow device. Unless I have a high pressure hookup it barely works - or doesn’t at all.

Can’t get to work. The pool has a good suction I’ve tried just about everything. I’m thinking maybe inside zodiac???

Looked like an awesome cleaning machine but can not get it to move or suction properly. Spend hours adjusting suction flow in pool and on control valve but still would not work properly. 😒
