i have purchased 2 cleaners and this model was more expensive and did working as expected. I don't recommend. This unit doesn't have much power like other models and also it's really finicky

I read the reviews that state it barely moves and that is what was happening to me. I checked my pool system even though it looked like it was working well, and I noticed it was semi clogged. After removing the debris from the pipes the MX8 worked like it was supposed to, it collected all the leaves and dirt leaving my pool crystal clear.

We a pool cleaner that was old. Try to get it fixed but woul be almost as much as a newer model. They suggest MX8 Elite I wasn’t sold on it yet but found out the parts to fix if needed were cheaper then other models. Took a chance got it and love it ever since. Pool is clean and blue thank to MX8 Elite and Zodiac!!
Warrantee and unit setup instructions not very clear. Online registration went offline twice before I was able to complete. What was purpose of optional Warrantee Code that the. Seller was supposed to provide?? I never got anything from them. Overall, registration process needs improvement in my opinion.

A bit on the pricey end but takes away about an hour worth of brushing the pool each week.
Unit is great. Doesn’t go up walls and scrub is indicated in instructions and advertising.

We love our robot. The only thing that could be better is more hose links for bigger pools. We had to purchase 3 more links and they were quite expensive.
Awesome product, would never buy anything else.
As advertised, it climbs the walls something my previous two "H" vacs didn't do. Caution: If you have things tied to the side of the pool, the vac will get stuck in the string.
