Total scam! They offer up a significant discount and after nearly a month do not deliver. This is after contacting their horrible customer service to find out why three weeks after placing my order and it has not shipped.
In spite of now 3 ****** Reviews and 4 filings with the Better Business Bureau, once this company gets ahold of your information, they will use it against your wishes repeatedly and relentlessly. They won't even ***** a request to be removed from their mailing list. You need to decide whether or not this is the direction you want marketing in today's world to be going before you patronize this undignified and disrespectful company.
The web site claims easy returns. Returns are not easy. I had to email requesting they open a case, I did, the response was the will get back in 24 to 48 hours. They didnt get back, 7 days later I had to call. Then they requested pictures of the item. Not an easy process! They sent the wrong item!
I ordered a blow drier with a credit card I never use. 5 minutes after ordering I got an alert that my card was used fraudulently and they declined the purchase. This company is a scam. I would not recommended. Im trying to contact them about my purchase and I cant get anyone to answer.
I made one order with them, and they proceeded to follow up with countless emails, and even physical mail, trying to advertise to me. I did not actively subscribe to any of that, and will not be returning here.
If I could give this company zero, I would. This was my first and last time ordering from this company I placed an order for a 25 pound bag of corn starch. A few days later I received a box of 200 count 10 pans. I immediately called their customer service line about the mix up and was lied to and reassured that a replacement package was being shipped out that same day. I ordered an atv hitch that was missing the ****** pin. Order looked like a used item that was haphazardly packaged and shipped without any care
First off I just want to say this is my first ever review. They lied about the ship date of my hardware 6 times - pushed it off for six weeks. Said they could not contact the supplier directly. Yes, they advertise that they have real customer service representatives - but they all talk using a script so it's hardly any different than talking to a robot. Zoro is a scam company. Avoid any an all purchases. I gave them one star only because they had the item I needed. Ordered a pool pump on a Wednesday and paid extra for 2 day air. Monday rolled around and nothing arrived. The customer service agent was mid calculation for the refund of the additional shipping and then flat out refused to provide it.
