My order was shipped to the wrong address. Reported problem and two days later I still do not know when or if I will ever receive my order. Zoro is wasting my time and delaying my projest. Never buy anything from Zoro.

I had canceled my order 5 minutes after placing the order online when I saw that the part I was ordering had a different part number that I have searched for (although the image was the same). I was assured the order was canceled but I didn't receive a cancelation confirmation. The part got shipped and received and I got charged for something I do no need. Needless to say I will spend a couple afternoons to make my voice heard. Not manually though... :-)

Not sure if Zoro or the supplier is the problem but someone definitely did a bait and switch! I am very disappointed. I ordered a specific paper towel and its correct on the Zoro website but the item I received is not correct! Im expecting a refund and returning the box of paper towels. I gave you two stars for a speedy delivery.

Item arrived totally destroyed. Zoro wants to blame anybody except themselves. Dragging their feet getting this trash removed from my property and getting me refunded. Total scam. Terrible company. Never order from them and save yourself a ton of hassle.
