Used to be great and FAST, now good luck getting what you ordered at a pace that a guy walking across the ** could deliver timeframe. Sad they had so much potential to offer and now they are just another dont have a product in stock company and they have it all shipped from 3rd parties it seems... great for them they get to say we will look into it and get back to you... they dont

item delivered zoro g1857405 one day after hooking up battery no good waiting for delivery of new battery to stop the noise and see if this gas and co detector works correctly

Item was damaged and package like it didnt matter. ***** got the feeling it was previously returned and sold to me. Not really pleased

ZORO is great, the problem(s) rests with their choice of shippers--- ***** was at one time 'tops' in the shipping business -since they have gone to almost 100% contractors in their GROUND deliveries their service is atrocious . ***** always shows "out for delivery" and/or will be delivered "between 10 & 2 " OR something similar. Reality is that they leave you hanging for the entire day with the the same line to follow the next day. ZORO must dump ***** as it is starting to seriously damage their excellent reputation!! Might have happened during shipping, but product arrived damaged. It's a flimsy plastic lens cover and not very well protected in the box, so suggest maybe better packaging, very light foam or bubble wrap, maybe. Other than that, website, price, and product selection was fine.

The lens was thrown in a box with no packing, no cardboard no packaging material for support. Delivered shattered. Will return. Packaging would have prevented this
