They fulfilled and order for walmart.com. Instead of sending a pair of clamps for $106, they sent one. When I showed them the ad they said it was not their fault and brushed me off.

Searched out 5 websites for a gate lock. All other website said ship dates. Placed and order on ***** #SO24365356 Zoro said "item ships in 1 business day" So, I purchased the item from ********************* said on ***** "sorry cannot give you a ship date" - Stated will get back to you in "4-5 business days." I kept asking why does your website state shipping status which is fraudulent?They could not answer except I will pass along a "note"I will seek to dispute the charge with my credit card and will never use this company ... read more

Placed the order # SO23148037 on 18th Aug and was informed the next day that one of the two items is discontinued and another is on backorder. The backorder item was provided with a shipment date of 15th Sep. Today is 23rd Sep and now they tell me their supplier is not responding. Seriously. Their customer service is also pathetic, until I followed up 3 times, no one would give me any information. Worst customer experience.

Crooked and Unethical! Placed an online order on August 5 for product. Product was received completely damaged and unusable. Called and emailed. No reply. Ended up opening a claim with paypal. They ended up send the replacement package 2 weeks later to the completely wrong business in a completely different State. Had to dispute with PayPal again....STILL NO REFUND! It's been nearly a month now, NO Credit was issued and Have not received product. Don't bother calling or emailing because they don't answer phones. Crooked and ... read more
