We are a large distributor, one of the largest and we find it very hard to do business with you, which is odd as many vendors are clamoring for more business with us. I tried contacting people with very simple issues only to be passed to other departments or given boiler plate replies with emails to contact, that are not even valid anymore. Hope maybe the right person will see this.

I needed mole repellent for my yard. Zoro had the cheapest price. i got to made an account and proceeded to check out only to have them say they dont ship to my state. They continue to send emails and i finally clicked unsubscribe. It took me to a disfunctional web page. no link to unsubscribe. I attempted to delete my account. No link to just delete account. This product is functional if it wouldnt arrived intact, product was beaten up so badly. It took two hours with a pair of duck bills to straighten them out and create a usable product. I do not recommend this company other than the fact that they are the only one that seems to make this. Better packaging and build them out of aluminum would help immensely. Horrible experience over four days with customer support over a $9 product. You would think their time and my time would be worth more than the hours we spent. I will never, ever, do business with this terrible organization again!!

Your security lock out is a pain in the butt! It locks me out just because I knew what I wanted to type, so I typed it "too fast", then to make matters worse, the of two methods offered to prove that I'm human, neither one of them work. I drag the button all the way to the right and it tells me that I need to drag it ALL THE WAY to the right. If I enter the numbers, it gives me audibly, it tells me that I entered the wrong numbers. It does this repeatedly, again and again. You really need to fix that!
