It greatly reduced my snoring for the first couple weeks until the tongue strap gets stretched out and loosens and then it’s not nearly as effective. The first tongue strap broke I believe from swallowing and your tongue naturally pushing against the roof of your mouth stretching out the tongue strap until it breaks. Each device should come with multiple tongue straps for replacement and they should sell replacement ones.
Bought for my wife...unit was way too big for her mouth. She returned it for a refund.
The product is great. Through no fault of the actual product, I had to return it. The return process went smoothly. I would recommend the product to people

My partner and I are both happy with the Zyppah anti-snoring device, but it does cause some pain in the front upper and lower teeth. I am going to check this with my regular dentist, but assume on the credentials of the device's creator that all is in hand. This device did prevent my snoring! Now all I have to do is learn not to occasionally remove it in my sleep.

I like the device a lot. My wife loves it for the first 15 days or so and by 30 days she is telling me to order a new one because it doesn’t last and I start snoring again. The idea is great the durability of the device is horrible.
While not the most comfortable fit, the mouthpiece does seem to be helping me to not snore as much, and much less intensity of a snore.

Product works, stopped snoring first night. Some discomfort in the teeth and jaws for a few minutes after waking up. A little more instruction on initial fitting would be nice. Getting a good alignment in the tray, how hard to bite down etc.
