I bit too hard on forming my appliance and it resulted in some small tears in the white liner. I sent pictures to Zyppah and they replaced my appliance with a new one free of charge. I love their customer service!

I was excited about the product; however, I have implants and the product does not work. With the number of people that have implants today, perhaps a zyppah can be made that fits.

The Zyppah seems to be working. It’s a bit narrow for my mouth like it’s made for women or something. It also seems like the part that you mold to your teeth is starting to get cut through by my teeth.
