Very surprising, didn't know what to expect after dealing with them in the past, definitely had horrible stressful experiences. Really didn't want to deal with this company. So, I am very pleased she valued me as a customer and handle what was on board in timely fashion. Now, this is the way you supposed to treat your customer who pays your paycheck.
