Whitney Sawyer is very sweet & knows how to do customer service. She helped me with an issue that the last person I spoke with handled terribly. I believe the guys name is Ryan. I tried explaining to him that my concerns were not personally towards him but he insisted on trying to argue with me. Whitney spoke with me & she was not rude or anything & that was very refreshing.
