I've been with 21st Mortgage for several years and I've had my fair share of hard knocks lately. In dealing with Carson, he has been open, honest and just amazing to work with. Whitney Sawyer is very sweet & knows how to do customer service. She helped me with an issue that the last person I spoke with handled terribly. I believe the guys name is Ryan. I tried explaining to him that my concerns were not personally towards him but he insisted on trying to argue with me. Whitney spoke with me & she was not rude or anything & that was very refreshing.
