I have been absolutely thrilled with the customer service that I have received from this company. The last issue that I had Anthony Jackson was more than happy to take care of any problems. They have been absolutely helpful courteous and professional. I cannot think of doing business with anyone else. And I highly recommend them
Jacob N is an absolute God-send. He is always so patient and kind each and every time that we speak. He is very professional and will work with in any way that he can.
My first few account reps were very aggressive, rude and left me feeling horrible. But Since Emily Calhoun has become my account rep, it has renewed my faith in people and in my mortgage company. Just a bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way. She is helpful and never makes you feel like a horrible person for bad things happening. Her supervisor Briana is just as awesome. They really listened and helped me when I was in a jam.
Kayla and Zach have been so helpful at 21st if you need a home they are the ones to go to they have been so helpful and friendly they have worked with me when I have gotten in a bind and never rude these two people right here are my go Kayla and Zack Thank yall so much for also being on top of things and helping me out yall are Amazing
Gavin Shaw was THE BEST! In an extremely emotional and financially low point , Gavin was kind, emotionally sensitive to my situation, and most helpful. Gavin has a way with people, he lets you know that he understands your needs. I don't plan on any more of these situations, but if they do happen, I hope to hear Gavin"s helpful voice.
