Gavin Shaw was THE BEST! In an extremely emotional and financially low point , Gavin was kind, emotionally sensitive to my situation, and most helpful. Gavin has a way with people, he lets you know that he understands your needs. I don't plan on any more of these situations, but if they do happen, I hope to hear Gavin"s helpful voice.

I recommend 21st mortgage above any other lender. I've had the pleasure of speaking with many great employees who are an asset to 21st. Justin Owens is one of those great ppl, very friendly and polite also. Even when you go into past due range, 21st does not call and harass and make you feel inadequate as a human like most collectors. They try and work something out to benefit you and them. I would not want my home financed with any other company. If I make another major purchase, 21st will be my 1st choice. Thank you Justin... read more

Cam ******* his supervisor Avery & another supervisor Haley were amazing help, very kind & personable. We are going through some tough times and they went above and beyond to help us and even if it doesn't go in our favor they were of help and counsel on how to go forward through this holiday season with 3 kids on community and state resources. I cannot brag on the 3 of them enough. They were a huge blessing to us with the help they were able to give!

I just want to say that EVERYONE I have dealt with at 21st Mortgage Company is the absolute best! Aaron and Ian were very helpful. As well as everyone I've spoken with! I will recommend anyone buying a home to go with them. They have been nothing but Amazing!

21st Mortgage is a great company overall! We have had some challenging times and they have always been understanding and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a home. Kody W. is our financial counselor and he is the best! He is always so understanding and in such a great mood each time I get to talk to him!
