This company is wonderful! The workers know what they are doing and are so helpful if you need any assistance. If you happen to fall on hard times (such as I have, having 2 back surgeries and being out of work) they will work with your payments and help you stay in good standing. I really feel I am a person to them and not just another customer or another mortgage payment coming in. Logan Mikels (our financial counselor) has gone above and beyond to help us and understand our situation. He has sent me options to get help so ... read more

Keelin was very Proffesional, Friendly, and helpful, when I spoke to Her about confirming My Mortgage Payments are set up to be Auto-Paid, monthly, with My Checking Account. She looked up the Info. on My Account, and was able to confirm this. I informed Her I was concerned, when I received a Mortgage Payment Booklet, for mailing in My Payments. I used this company to mortgage my mobile home and I am very pleased. When I would fall behind, they worked with me and I appreciate that. I also must say I had a very pleasant experience with customer service today. I needed an email copy of my title and I needed it quickly due to an emergency situation. I spoke to a representative by the name of Keelin Smith and she was awesome. I explained to her my situation and she was able to send my title right away instead of the mutual wait time.
