This company is wonderful! The workers know what they are doing and are so helpful if you need any assistance. If you happen to fall on hard times (such as I have, having 2 back surgeries and being out of work) they will work with your payments and help you stay in good standing. I really feel I am a person to them and not just another customer or another mortgage payment coming in. Keelin was very Proffesional, Friendly, and helpful, when I spoke to Her about confirming My Mortgage Payments are set up to be Auto-Paid, monthly, with My Checking Account. She looked up the Info. on My Account, and was able to confirm this. I informed Her I was concerned, when I received a Mortgage Payment Booklet, for mailing in My Payments.
