Olivia assist me for my hardship that I had while recovering from Covid-19. Very helpful and kept me informed. Very surprising, didn't know what to expect after dealing with them in the past, definitely had horrible stressful experiences. Really didn't want to deal with this company. So, I am very pleased she valued me as a customer and handle what was on board in timely fashion. Now, this is the way you supposed to treat your customer who pays your paycheck.

Everyone was kind and respectful in attempting to accommodate my need but David Taylor was the only one to think outside the box and send the requested information in jpeg format for a successful read and print for my needs. Still good feelings for the customer service department!
