1 star. This is the most heartbreaking, unethical experience I’ve ever had with any mortgage company in my life. My family and I were forced off the land where our home sat — not because of foreclosure, but due to a landowner dispute that left us legally unable to access our home. Despite not having access to our home, we continue to make payments. If I could give 0 stars, I would! This company is the definition of unfriendly, unprofessional, and not putting their customers first. If you have to call for anything ( and I do mean anything ) you will have to repeat yourself to about 3 different departments, just to get someone who doesn’t know the answer and tells you to call back another day, just to repeat the process. This worst company I've ever dealt with! Customer service lacks professionalism! They will argue with you like thugs on the streets. I called to speak with my counselor about options getting caught up on my loan and the representative told me there are no options but to pay in full or lose the home! They really don't care how they treat individuals going through hard times. The managers are you to the point you just have to have to hang up on them.

I am a single mother to 6 children I am an only child and really have no family around so when my 66 year old mother came down with lung cancer I was scared. I got even more scared when I had to move back n with her and start taking care of her. Then after 6 months or so she was completely bedridden and wearing pull ups. This is the rudest company I have ever done business with. They treat people like they own them. They use bully tactics when conversing with them by Phone. I paid my mortgage, they had the payment in the system and did not apply it to my balance. They charge late fees before that contracted date of late fees. I have been hung up on several times because I called out inconsistency in their business practices. **** ******* very unprofessional when my numbers didn't add up with hers and asked to speak to a supervisor to try to resolve the issue she told me NO I couldn't talk to a supervisor and hung up on me.

This company is ran by loan sharks! People without empathy or sympathy in their hearts for anyone. I’ve been going through hardship and have been paying 10 days past my due dates never 30 days past! They call you and harass you speaking to you in a demeaning voice and ask you question which is none of their business. I tried to pay them their money today and instead of taking the payment offered in the first 7 minutes of the conversation they chose to degrade me and harass me for 3 minutes after.

We provided service to a customer under the assurance that their mortgage company would cover the cost of a new water heater. After completing the work, the mortgage company repeatedly gave us different answers regarding payment. Despite numerous follow-ups over the past year, they have refused to pay, leaving us with an unpaid invoice. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have made this a frustrating experience. Businesses should be cautious when dealing with them, as they do not honor their commitments.

I received a call from 21st Mortgage about being late with my mortgage payment. I called them back to explain to them it would be paid within a couple days. It was the worst decision. They were very demeaning and made me feel like I was a little kid. Demanded to know information that was not any of their business. Demanded to know what we were doing with our money.
