This is the rudest company I have ever done business with. They treat people like they own them. They use bully tactics when conversing with them by Phone. I paid my mortgage, they had the payment in the system and did not apply it to my balance. They charge late fees before that contracted date of late fees. I have been hung up on several times because I called out inconsistency in their business practices. This company is ran by loan sharks! People without empathy or sympathy in their hearts for anyone. I’ve been going through hardship and have been paying 10 days past my due dates never 30 days past! They call you and harass you speaking to you in a demeaning voice and ask you question which is none of their business. I tried to pay them their money today and instead of taking the payment offered in the first 7 minutes of the conversation they chose to degrade me and harass me for 3 minutes after.

We provided service to a customer under the assurance that their mortgage company would cover the cost of a new water heater. After completing the work, the mortgage company repeatedly gave us different answers regarding payment. Despite numerous follow-ups over the past year, they have refused to pay, leaving us with an unpaid invoice. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have made this a frustrating experience. Businesses should be cautious when dealing with them, as they do not honor their commitments.

I received a call from 21st Mortgage about being late with my mortgage payment. I called them back to explain to them it would be paid within a couple days. It was the worst decision. They were very demeaning and made me feel like I was a little kid. Demanded to know information that was not any of their business. Demanded to know what we were doing with our money. Horrible company to deal with. Customer service / “financial counselors” are bullies and talk down to you for no reason. Name calling and belittling remarks. If you’re a few days late they lock your access to be able to pay via the online website or by phone and force you to speak with them on the phone. Threaten to not let you pay so that they can foreclose and “put you on the street”. Pure harassment and bullying. This company is rude and condescending to their loan members. If you call to explain yourself and ask for an extension they will call and harass you every week. They feel it is okay to question you about things like when you'll get a tax return. They have no empathy and I regret ever doing business with them. I was forced to use them because that is who my mobile home commercial went through. 100%do not recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company are a bunch of predators. First, they fought with the dealership over and over requesting a cost breakdown. Dealership claimed they sent it over and over.
