***** 21st Mortgage has very rude and unprofessional supervisors. I spoke to three because they would not allow me to speak to the person over them. All three males were rude, unprofessional and lack customer service skills. It’s disappointing to know this is who has a leadership role in the company. Peter and Rob chose to argue with a well, versed tax accountant about how funds are allocated for a small business. This tax accountant has ensured that the small business has seen a profit every year and allocated expenses to support personal and business growth. I’ve been trying to talk to an upper level Supervisor at 21st Mortgage regarding unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, that put me behind on my payments & has been denied. Timothy told me no one was available at this time, it was close to 5:00pm. Logan,Matthew,Hope, A.C., Colby & more has told me they do not speak with their customers. I asked, what are they there for. Zack is a very rude person. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor he laughed an transferred me to William would not give a last name, was also very rude. Was called a liar on numerous times. Was even told that i had someone in the background coaching me on what to say. i PLEASE by all means stay away from this company.

If you plan on checking out mortgage company's I would suggest NOT going with 21st Mortgage they can't leave your payments alone. They are always changing mine, adding charges that I don't have any control of, and there NOT friendly to work with at all.

I can't believe how they don't care about their customers. I would NEVER get a loan with this company intentionally again. My loan was bought out by 21st. They have terrible customer service. Their manager/supervisors are rude and act ‘holier than thou’. Don't be late on your mortgage it is due on the 1st. If you are late 11 day past due they will call you and be very rude to you.

21st Mortgage is a Foreign Corporation and is NOT a Lender. My NOTE was securitized/monetized and have made millions off Investors/Securities and trading. 21st Mortgage has committed Mail Fraud, Securities Fraud, Identity Theft, Tax Evasion, False Advertisement. This corporation prays on the lower income and does not disclose their intentions or what they plan to do with your note. They are heavily deceptive.
