We have had issues with 21st Mortgage since the beginning of our journey to buying a new home. We experienced a significant loss of income when my partner lost his job. We were able to keep up with everything until October and I called to see if anything could be done. I was told at that time that I could pay October’s installment after the 20th, and then she even said I could then pay November’s after the 20th as well to try to get caught up. THE worst mortgage company. I requested a payoff quote, paid it within the timeframe required (30 day). My financial counselor at the time (Audrey ********), called to let me know that because they didn't have to payment in their hands by that 30 day mark, I'll be charged a few hundred dollars of interest. I explained that it had already been sent and my guess is the mail was taking a bit longer. 21st is inept at calculating financial documents - something they should excel in as a mortgage company. They have repeatedly asked for the same document over and over. The document in question has been uploaded by myself (the customer) and the retailer multiple times. When I call to discuss with 21st, the various helpers who answer the phone when Sarah ****** is unavailable assure they see the document and will advise Sarah. I am writing to formally address my serious concerns regarding the treatment I have received as a customer of 21st Mortgage Corporation. While I acknowledge that my account may have experienced late payments, this does not excuse the harassment, rudeness, and lack of professionalism I have encountered from your representatives. This Company is the worst . I was out of work for 8 months. And my husband also had some medical issues. I asked for a hardship and they denied me to even apply for the hardship. I am 4 months behind and I don’t know what to do . One representative asked me if I had made a payment towards anything else . And I said yes my car payment. She said well I guess you can live in your car because you are going to lose your house.

This is the worse company ever they are nasty rude and they always asking me about my personal life. I have to call few times to make payment arrangements but is impossible dealing with them. The last time the person that i talk to told me to call my family or my friends and ask them for money, sell my car or cancel my internet, cable so i can have extra money to pay. I have been a good customer to them for a couple years. I sent in double payment thanks to my bank messing up. This company already received that money, and do not agree to provide it back to me. I have sent documents they have requested and I'm still getting the runaround.
