We approached refinance with some concern - we had heard that refinancing a mobile home, even though it had been converted to real property, was almost impossible. Not so! 21st Mortgage agent Ben Crawford made the process almost simple. It was certainly fast. I would recommend 21st Mortgage to anyone wanting to refinance a mobile home.

I am in the process of buying a home and wanted to make sure all my ducks are in a row before it goes to the Mortgage Company. 21st Mortgage has been amazing! I spoke with Adam M. and Wes C. both. I explained to them certain things about my credit and they both were excellent telling me what was required of me and what they require on down payments and other qualifying factors. This is my second mortgage with 21st Mortgage. I have never had a problem with either mortgages. I am halfway paid off with my second mortgage. If you get behind all you have to do is call and they will work with you. Everyone we talked to was always extremely nice. I would recommend them for a mobile home mortgage.

I am very impressed with Adam M. who worked very hard to help my Mother and I get our Loan. They have been very easy to work with and I have nothing but positive to say about 21st Mortgage. They are an Awesome team and have helped me along the way on any questions or issues that I had. Especially since this is our first Mortgage. I would refer this company to any of my friends, family or neighbors.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were always there, for me, when I had to request that they hold a month's payment, due to deaths in my family, and I had to travel, to attend funerals. They were kind, considerate, and very understanding about the whole process. I appreciate their manner of answering any questions I may have. My home is paid off, now, but I would definitely go back to 21st if I needed them.

This company calls you everyday or twice a day harassing you about your payment when you spoke to someone about your account. They are rude and unprofessional. They numerous times called me names, made me cry and hung up on me. Then telling me to get a better job if I can't pay on time maybe borrow money....

Everyone at 21st mortgage are the most unprofessional nasty harassing people i have ever dealt with. My wife and I have not missed a single payment on our house, we've had to ask for a week extension a couple times. Payment isn't considered late until 16 days past the due date. They have called myself and my wife at work and harassed us even though the payment wasn't late. This last time the woman that called my wife, told her to go pawn some of our stuff being very rude and just downright nasty.
