These people are disgusting. They are rude and heartless with no boundaries. My home was robbed. I had everything taken from me . In the process , they wouldn’t transfer me to the insurance side . They never spoke to me in any caring or compassionate way for my situation. They literally talked down to me. Asked me why my money wasn’t in a bank for the payment. 21st mortgage was a company my trailer park sent me to when they bought the park. I was paying good for years, i have been on medical leave since February and i have successfully made my payments Due to conditions out of my control I have missed may, June payments. When I bought my new manufactured home about 4 years ago, I made sure to avoid any mobile home manufacturers who used 21st mortgage as I knew how horrible they are since my dad used them for his repo home(now taken away Bc he was a few payments late and they did not want to work with him) he has been on disability for years. I fell behind in my mortgage payment by one month. I call them after they called my daughter who is not on the loan and said I needed to call them. When I called there employee who I spoke with was rude and told me that they could not help. I then had to speak to a supervisor that was rude and also unhelpful. 1 star. This is the most heartbreaking, unethical experience I’ve ever had with any mortgage company in my life. My family and I were forced off the land where our home sat — not because of foreclosure, but due to a landowner dispute that left us legally unable to access our home. Despite not having access to our home, we continue to make payments. If I could give 0 stars, I would! This company is the definition of unfriendly, unprofessional, and not putting their customers first. If you have to call for anything ( and I do mean anything ) you will have to repeat yourself to about 3 different departments, just to get someone who doesn’t know the answer and tells you to call back another day, just to repeat the process.
