I haven't filed a complaint, as of yet, with 21st Mortgage. We had nothing but ongoing delays, poor communication, and lack of customer support during my loan process. Worst company u could ever deal with al ways threatening to for close your home if you one payment behind
This is literally the rudest company I’ve ever worked with. The way that their staff speaks to you is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. And don’t call back and ask for a supervisor because all the supervisor is going to say is that she was “on the call with representative” and that she wasn’t rude and she said “you don’t know her, you don’t know what her natural tone sounds like” you’re right I don’t but I’m an adult and I know when someone is speaking to me like I am a dog, or better yet, the scum of earth. Worst transaction ever, from start to finish. I would deter anyone seeking a mortgage from 21st. My circumstances prevented me from looking elsewhere for a loan. After dealing with this company, I wish I would have waited to be approved by another company.
This company here don’t go through everything before you get your Mortgage. I lost my truck in a refill because they made my mortgage too high $1803.58 a month and I have to pay all my other bills. I have a disabled wife that cannot work. They call you two or three times a day every day emails then when you talk to the employee and the manager all of them are nasty. This company calls you everyday or twice a day harassing you about your payment when you spoke to someone about your account. They are rude and unprofessional. They numerous times called me names, made me cry and hung up on me. Then telling me to get a better job if I can't pay on time maybe borrow money....
