If I could give negative stars I would . Absolutely worst company to deal with . I always pay my bills but gotten a little behind the last couple of months due to unforeseen circumstances. Do not get in bed with these people . I have never been treated so badly from a company . No compassion or customer service whatsoever . Top it off they were rude to the wife . They're really rude they will harass you multiple via email and phone. They're condescending and will patronize you. Along with sending threat via phone calls, and threatening you that you are late on your payment when it has been under 30 days.

Folks are very rude will not follow the contract they say one thing and contract states otherwise. Our home has roof that’s has boots cracked, exposed nails and missing shingles throughout the roof. They told me that they wouldn’t replace it or fix it to till it leaked. The ac unit in the house is over 5 yrs old they said they would replace it if it was over 5 yrs old. These people are ruthless and heartless. From the moment they start talking to you they are very rude and they tell you they're not being rude. They're threatening to reposess my home because my payments have been late every month but not over 30 days late ever. I'm just disgusted with the way they talk to me on the phone. Today I was told to make my payment today that is only five days past due. Don't know how they can get away with treating people like this.
To whom it may concern, im writing to complain about horrible customer service that we have received with 21 mortgage. I reported that I had damage to my roof and inside of my mobile house due to wind damage in 7/21/2025. Every time it rains there is water coming in my home. Some of the rooms are now getting mold due the celling being damaged. So now me and my wife are having to breathe this mold and having water leaking in our home ever time it rains. Customer service supervisor **** has a very very bad attitude and very disrespectful. I personally believe he is RACIST. I am a person who can’t remember names or for that matter any of too much, so as a friendly gesture I just say honey, baby, sweetheart etc.. THIS A—hole called me out and got very angry and said I’m not your baby etc.. I gracefully apologized but he SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! So guess what I then give him a dose of his OWN MEDICINE with RESPECT.
Ruthless customer service. We have auto payments. I became injured and couldn't walk for 4 months. Kept paying bills. Mortgage didnt come out, we didn't realize. When we saw emails we responded. Unusually long interrogations lead to a supervisor interaction. He wouldn't accept a partial payment told my wife go ask friends and family for money because we only take payments in full. Despite all these complaints on here nothing is changing. It looks like a have the exact same complaints as many many others. Harassment, disrespectful, no resources, agumentive, and simply VILE!
