Its the flexibility. I am able to be out of the office and feel like I am there. I can seemsly answers phones and work like I am on site. Our customers are non the wiser. Call quailty is far superior than to regular analog phone lines. Really a great experience.
My 8X8 allows me to work from anywhere in the world and keeps me connected to my clients. I love the ability to work from home with my virtual office.
Caller ID is a great feature. It allows you to be prepared before answering.
Convenience, simplicity, ease-of-use. 8x8 has a plethora of features, yet they are not complicated to learn, so people actually use them, getting the most out of the system.
i am a busy physician who sees about 35 people a day and we had a phone call system before that was inefficient for day and night - the old system on weeknights and weekends was unreliable and not as helpful as the 8X8. Currently it shows all my calls on my cell with caller id and easier to call patients back without revealing my personal cell phone number and the emergency calls are easy to listen to on voicemail on my phone as well with the virtual app and email as well. First and foremost it would be the customer service, no matter how long they have to be on the phone to help resolve and issue they are very patient and go above and beyond to fix the issue. Its great that the phones can work pretty much anywhere and that you can use your cell phone as if you are at your desk. 8x8 Rocks!!!!
