What I love about the 8x8 services is it's so easy to use, I can see who is calling at the moment. Easy to make calls and I love I can listen to my voicemail messages without having to pick up the phone!
Ring Groups work so very well for us. We have multiple locations throughout the city. We can put one number on an advertisement and let it ring to our Ring Group. From here, anyone can take the call and easily transfer it to another office when appropriate.
8x8 has the best price and features on the market. Prior to purchasing 8x8, I was trying to find a business telephone company that would best assist me with the home based business service that I would provide. After doing my research, I noticed that 8x8 had more features for less money so I found that to be a plus!
It's really cool to be able to take my communications system on the road. On my last conference, all I had to do was connect with the soft phone over wifi. For my client, it was like I never left the office!

We are a small company with 18 employees, so 8x8 has been a game changer for us. About half of us go outside e the office, so having the capability to transfer your calls directly to your cell phone is huge. Also on snow days when no one is in the office you can have all of the calls come directly to your phone, so you never has to miss a call. Great Sales Staff (Moufid), Ease of setup and price!!
There are really 2 things we love. It is so easy to add new toll free numbers and new phone lines. One call and we get an electronic document to approve. The other thing we like is having the desktop app. If I am working remotely and am on a call on my cell phone, I can use my desktop as a 2nd telephone to make other calls at the same time. When we are in the middle of a major launch, we almost always need that 2nd line.
