The best ever
Good program that has assisted us in providing better customer service. Website and admin console has everything needed to properly manage the system. However, program use is pretty technical and requires an individual that is competent in IT to administer.
We were able to implement successfully and see continued enhancements
8X8 has been a good switch for us with our 24 hour business. It's been easy to answer calls any time, any where. Many features like transferring internally or to a cell phone have been helpful. Having the ability to do video calls has been convenient during the pandemic when meeting in person was difficult or not possible.
Great business phone service, no interruptions in service and the benefit of virtual meetings as part of the package is awesome and so beneficial during the pandemic. Haven't skipped a beat and still able to provide the highest service levels to my clients!
8x8 is a great platform! Very easy to use and is customizable to meet our business needs.
System works fairly well with few issues. However if there are issues getting someone in customer service to help is nearly impossible. I've had many help tickets go three to four weeks without a response only to then recieved numerous back to back phone calls all on one day to try and resolve. So I'd say the system is good, easy enough to teach yourself how to use, just be warned that if something happens that requires additional assistance you'll probably be waiting.

8x8 always makes every effort to resolve issues in a timely fashion. Their support staff are friendly and fairly knowledgeable with any gaps addressed quickly.
