Pros: 8x8 has a very good product with just the right amount of features that our company needs. They have very little downtime and Maintenance usually takes place on the weekends. Support is quick to respond but often slow to resolve issues. Overall, I’d give them an A-. Cons: Billing outside of the US is extremely complicated to understand. The system is user friendly. It was pretty much plug and play and did not take a long time to get trained or get used to using. The cell phone app is very good and makes the system even more flexible when it comes to calls or meetings away from your desk. The only negative is that some of the analytics and other "next level" things require a higher licensing permission that was not told to me in the beginning.

We have been selling 8x8 for years. All of our 8x8 users have had only positive experiences, especially with their great auto-attendant and feature set. All have told us how this service has helped them improve their business.

Setting up 8X8 was intuitive, easy and if I got confused, all I had to do was call them. They answer calls quickly and followed up several times as I was setting up my account. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish there was more communication between the vendor and the client. I would like it if 8x8 took the time to properly introduce new customers to the complex platform and the bells and whistles
