The customer service and tech support is very responsive and helpful. We have had some issues with the app, one thing I do not like is the nofication settings don't allow you to turn off notifcations unless you choose "mute until tomorrow" which I find irritating if I want to temporarily disable notifications without changing my business hours. 8x8's UCaaS product is solid and competes with the best out there. Their CCaaS product is lagging a little behind in reliability and system stability.

We have been with 8x8 for 3 years, and I feel that in that time our advancement from where we were technology wise and where we are now has advanced at least a decade. 8x8 has walked me through several complicated projects and made everything work as close to my imagination as possible.
